“Great food and service! So good, in fact, we ate here twice while on the island. Restaurant was clean and comfortable. Prices were very reasonable. Portions were generous enough to share, and still be filling. We even had the opportunity to chit chat with Justin, the owner. Love supporting small businesses like this one.“

“The food is really good. I had an omlet with the grilled cornbread and hashbrowns. The omlet was very tasty. I ate the whole thing. You have to get the grilled corn muffin for breakfast. Their lunch is good too. They have local beef for their burgers. They are open for dinner on some evenings and the dinner is just as good. It also has a bakery with pastries and sliced cake. Very yummy. They have plenty of staff that help get you seated and clean up quickly so others can get a table. You order first then get seated. It all works out. It has a diner feel to it. You can sit outside or inside. It is a popular spot so come with patience while you wait in line.“

“Just a couple young girls running this place and doing an awesome job. Ordered the root beer float shave ice (scoop of vanilla ice cream). My husband ordered a cherry one (scoop of macadamia nut ice cream) with a white cap. They tasted so yummy. Service was great and with a smile.“

“Visiting from California and stopped here for a treat. I got a slice of the blueberry pina colada pie and it was sooooo yummy!! Expensive, it’s $7 for a slice of pie, but it was a delicious special treat. My family also got the cheesecake and snickerdoodle cookie dough and they loved those as well.“

“Long wait due to only one woman handling the orders and drinks and handing out the food. But the food came out in 5-10 minutes is very good and filling. Had the French toast with bacons d eggs and loved it. Wife had the veggie fried rice with eggs and was very tasty. Paper cartons and plastic silverware so very casual. Find a table or spot in the plaza to sit and eat.“

“There are some really lousy dining options at this part of the island. We really enjoyed our meal at Wranglers. It had been closed all week because of Thanksgiving, but we were glad to see it open and went there on our last night on the island. Great little wedge salad with shrimp, which we’d never seen before, and it was delicious. We weren’t too adventurous with our choice of bacon barbecue cheeseburgers (Wrangler Burgers, I think), but they were really good. The branded bun was a nice touch. The steaks and seafood being served around us looked great. The table next to us said the calamari was excellent, but we didn’t order. Decent beers on tap and a full bar. Live Hawaiian music was definitely a plus. Highly recommend.“

“Visited with a party of 8 for breakfast, a were seated in about a half hour. I personally had the Loco Mocco for the first time, it was one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in a long time. Others in the group had the Banana and Macadamia nut pancakes and would also say that they are one of the best things they have had in a long time.“

“It's such a great place. I read in other reviews that this place was a hidden gem & it REALLY is. Prices are avg & the food is 5⭐️. Burgers & tuna were so good & the fries, yum.. The drinks weren't watered down either. Perfect beachy feel without being on the water. I absolutely recommend this place. It is rather small, so I imagine during peak days this place could fill up quickly & I don't know if they do reservations but it's well worth calling to ask if you find yourself here during the summer. It's spring break now & it wasn't busy but was very steady. We got the only available table when we arrived at 6p. They have specialty dining for St Patrick's Day today & I really hope we make it back there again before we leave.“

“My wife and I had a wonderful dinner at Table on a recent Wednesday night, and Jenny was our server! She was so nice, knowledgeable, and accommodating. My wife had the pork chop which she loved, and I started with French onion soup (very good with a very rich taste) and then the baked fish which was fabulous. My only complaint was that the rice that came with the fish was only luke warm at best. The sauce on the plate was fabulous! Great restaurant and Jenny was fabulous, be sure to ask for her!“

“Definitely more of a Bar feel, but the staff made our little family feel right at home, even amidst a toddler melt down! The food was delicious, we got the pork nachos, and the view and vibes are immaculate. Plenty of parking and the prices were not unreasonable.“

“This was near our hotel so we thought we'd give it a try. I'm so glad that we did!! It is an open air restaurant with a Polynesian feel. They had live music (a man and his guitar) that was quite entertaining. We had the coconut shrimp-- very crunchy and sweet-- and the risotto. The seafood risotto had big chunks of fish, shrimp, and lobster. It was delicious!! We liked it so much, we went back the next night. This time we had the nachos-- it's a big tray!-- and the nut-crusted Mahi-Mahi. Once again, the food was superb!! Definitely give this place a try!!“

“The restaurant offers a wide variety of options, seafood, sandwiches, salads, bugers, etc, but the portions were a bit small compared to other places I’ve been, and not very different price-wise.I did enjoy the view and the closeness to the beach - this was the main reason I chose Lava’sVegetarian options: Not a lot of vegetarian options. Only 2 salads“

“The Beach House is our favorite place and we tell many other visitors to make reservations. What would ADD to the atmosphere is have the servers wear Hawaiian printed shirts/tops and NOT BLACK. Also, Hawaiian Music at least 50 percent as the background with mellow music. That would help with the noice factor too.“

“The food here was amazing. Best fish tacos the groups had had anywhere. I had the kalua pork sliders…the house bbq sauce was so good I tried to buy some to take home. The service was first rate.A little tip, we got there at 1150 am and had most tables to choose from. By 1220 there was a lineup.“
