10/10 natural syrup (no artificial flavoring), great fresh fruit, lots of parking, great service. Asian sweetness but they are willing to give you more syrup if you need it.

“I don’t care for the regular cookies, but I like their thin cookies. I also really like their cakes, pies, dessert cups, and brownies. The only thing that I really dislike is that when you pre-order it’s not always available. What is the point of pre-ordering if your items are not available when you pick it up?! They should hold your order on the side to make sure you get what you paid for. This happened to me three times already.“

“My favorite location! Although I use the self-service option to order, the workers are very kind and friendly, always offering utensils, napkins, a bag, etc. They greet us when we enter and as we leave, and of course the cookies are always as they should be… delicious!“

“The shaved ice is super light and tastes amazing. Highly recommend the thin mint and Coconut-Pineapple-Thai Basil flavors. They add mochi and pineapple slices and watermelon cubes on the side on the side for free and the servings (even at the small size) are rather generous. 5 stars!“
