“Delicious food. The downside is the limited hours but I find time to visit this tasty eatery“

“The food is ABSOLUTELY delicious! The service is efficient and courteous. It is, however, a food truck and once you get your food, you can take it to go, or eat outside using the adjacent seating braving the elements (including some rather brave birds, and very pesky flies).“

“Haven’t been here in a while. Food is still delicious. Hubby got the ice Thai coffee, yellow chicken curry and chicken satay. I got the Thai pho and the spiciest papaya salad. Normally,we get our own because I like it spicy and hubby does like spicy food. This time the papaya salad was super spicy so I took it home and mix it with other stuff I had at home to balance out the spicy flavor. Server was nice and quick. Nice quiet place to dine in for dinner. It gets crowded around dinner time.“

“I love Thai food and always looking for a good Thai food place. I have always driven past the truck, now I'm glad I stopped and ordered the Pad Thai. It was the best one I've ever had. Looking forward to try other food on the menu and wish they are open on more days than just Thursday and Friday.“

“Food was all right. Service was top notch for a small family-owned restaurant. Ordered the chicken satay which was quite savory. An interesting way of doing the peanut sauce. Not as sweet as other places back it on the mainland. Ordered the the drunken noodle Thai spicy, but couldn't get the spiciness I wanted. But the seafood in it was well done and tasty“

“Knocked off stars because I ordered two servings of fresh spring rolls, but they placed fried spring rolls in my takeaway order.
Other than that, the food is good quality and they seem to be popular for takeaway since their eating area is small with no view .“

“My husband and I spent 24 hours in Honolulu and discovered this wonderful Thai Bistro! The service was very friendly and attentive to our preferences. We ordered spring rolls, brown rice, Penang chicken curry, and green curried chicken. Oh, the flavors were perfectly blended! It’s the best Thai food we’ve had outside of Thailand. We highly recommend Thai Bistro Suksabay!“

“Quaint little mom and pop shop. Went here last night and the ladies working were very sweet.
Was in the area today so I came back for lunch. The place was packed, and understandably so! The food is delicious. I asked for spicy each time -they were nervous to give the white boy the spice each time and warned me against it. Just top tier fresh food and service. If I lived closer I’d be here 2x a week for sure! Also really good prices.“

“Nui is a friendly and she can cook. Great food, good service, and dog friendly. Nui will tell you all about her (3) 100 lb. labrador fur babies.
This place has some good pad Kee mau, panang curry, and spring rolls. We will be going back again and bringing our fur babies with us.
Come check our Nui's for some good Thai food.“

“Stumbled on this place right off base around lunch time. This “shack” is no fast food joint. Everything is made to order, so it takes about 10 mins to get your food after ordering. But the wait is well worth it!
We ordered the pangang curry and Thai boat noodles. Both were flavorful and fresh! For $12-$13 per meal, this was a large helping. I will say, the Thai boat noodles did have some chunks of lemongrass, cloves, and other sneaky flavor bombs that can get intense if you aren’t careful to pick them out.
I will come back again for sure!“

“One of the better Thai restaurants around Hawaii with not bad portions. Everything we had was really tasty and I didn’t swell up or have a headache after so it was a plus!??I will definitely return to try other items on the menu I heard is good.“

“I have lived in Northern Thailand for over 15 years and my husband is Thai, so I feel its safe to say I have tasted some amazing Thai food over the years. Thai Village ranks right up there with the best of the best. The Larb Pork tastes just as my favorite street vendor made for me in Mae Hong Son province. Staff are friendly and the food is AMAZING. I definitely recommend it.“

“I just had the pleasure of trying Tom Kha Gai for the first time, and it was an absolute explosion of flavors that I savored with every spoonful. The rich, creamy coconut base perfectly balanced with the tangy zest of lime, the bright citrus notes of lemongrass, the warmth of galangal, and a subtle kick of chili made this Thai soup an instant favorite. I ordered from Bangkok Chef Nimitz in Honolulu, and they did not disappoint. The soup was fresh, aromatic, and delicious—definitely a dish I'll be craving again soon!“

“This is the only place in Oahu. I go for Thai food. I’ve been living often on in Thailand for the last seven years and this food is pretty close. Currys are very ono, the staff are very nice and take very good care. The Thai iced tea is worth the caffeine rush.“

“The food and atmosphere is wonderful. We were able to try many dishes from beef soup to curry to chicken basil. There was even roast pork. I can't for the next time. Clean, comfortable and friendly. Parking wasn't bad. All 3 of us found parking in the lot. Highly recommended.
PS... we were able to bring our own drinks. I do not believe we had to pay a corking fee. Yay! There's also a mart next store if you want to pick up something.“

“Chicken laarb tasted okay. The ginger soup tasted really good. The shredded cabbage tasted really appetizing with its soup. I had this ginger soup a few times here, and I liked it every time. It's like a comfort food to me now. I'm just a bit disappointed this time because the meat was really tough. I had to really chew it. I almost choked one time when I just wanted to swallow it already.“

“We were working in the area and we got a recommendation to try this food truck close by. We walked over and looked the menu and it sounded very good.
We ordered two different plates and they were both made on the spot and were hot and fresh. Both plates were delicious and we would have no issues going back for lunch again.“

“I come here every time I visit Oahu. Food is absolutely authentic and if some of the other ppl in the reviews would have ever been to Thailand they knew. Would always recommend without a doubt - prices are ok, taste is great, size very good (for an European). Will be back ❤️“

“A hole in the wall place. People mostly take out. Just a few tables for dining in. NO table service. Counter service only. Some of the dishes are very good like the oxtail or pho. But the pork ribs are very underwhelming(fried bacon slabs). Can’t beat the prices though.“

“I dont care what other people say. For me This is the best thai food truck in the island. I been a customer for 3 yrs now and i would never get tired eating their beef salad and chicken satay ? Its located now accross Boston’s North end pizza bakery in aiea.“
“Located within the Maunakea food court. The food court, itself, is rather sad and decrepit looking.
I ordered a Lao papaya salad and Lao sausage with the very nice owner. She asked me for my spice level and I replied “the authentic way you eat it.” The salad itself was definitely spicy and I enjoyed every bite. Only criticism would be I wished the papaya was crunchier. I also like peanuts in my papaya salad but there were none in this version, I don’t know if the Lao version contains peanuts. The sausage was meaty and tasty.
I’d return to try their other authentic Lao dishes.“

“My absolute favorite SE Asian restaurant on Oahu, I eat here every time I visit! I usually get the Evil Jungle curry (which never disappoints), but got the Panang curry this time…I may as well have found Lao Jesus again. Medium spice level was just right (though I could have gone hotter), great spice balance with depth - 10/10, MUST TRY!
Got the Tom Kha to share as an appetizer and it was also incredible. Light, yet very flavorful. Only tip I would have is to be sure to pull out the lemongrass pieces if you see them. Otherwise, can’t wait to order again! 9/10“
