“Stopped for a refreshing drink on our way back to Waikiki. Drinks are well made and the shrimp we tried were delicious: I assume the rest on the menu would be worth trying. Atmosphere is very welcoming, bartender was kind and professional. They have several entertaining initiatives through the week: bingo on Sunday was fun...which means a lot given that I'm not a bingo fan.
I'd recommend 100%, from singles to couples and families“

Amazing experience at Cholo’s! We ordered the nachos and quesadillas, and both were absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. Everything was perfectly prepared and tasted amazing.
What really stood out was our waiter, Keila. She was friendly, attentive, and professional, making sure we had everything we needed and checking in at just the right times. Her great service truly enhanced our dining experience.

“You wouldn't expect this place to be as amazing as it is. But it always is. My family comes here all the time because we live just down the road, and we feel like it's absolutely the best restaurant in this area of the island. The service is consistently friendly. Everything we've tried off the menu, we've enjoyed. The setting is fantastic, especially watching the sunset over the golf course from the patio. My kids like playing on the grass area while we wait for food, and we like that they have a grilled cheese for our toddler and you can order it without fries. But get the fries, they're yummy, especially the garlic fries. We love the salt and pepper pork, the chicken sandwich, all the sushi rolls, the salads...and more. You can't go wrong. It can get busy in the evenings though, so it's better to make a reservation (even though we don't, we've sometimes had to wait long).“

Our server Missy (from Tampa with the great simile) was so welcoming, friendly and just super inviting. Such a great experience! The bar is right near the pool with a great breeze and views that just can't be beat.“

My only complaint the jukebox can eat shit it's annoying that you may drop $10-20 to never hear you song play (unless you pay triple). Early in the night patrons play banger after banger of you like metal....

However as the night goes on the trash gets played, Buck Cherry and Creed are absolutely shite to listen to... I really dislike the jukebox/how it's setup.“

“Staying at the turtle bay resort for our honeymoon and have been trying all the restaurants. Came here for drinks and a beautiful sunset! The service was friendly and very good. My husband got a lava flow with a rum float on top. We enjoyed drinks from the same bar all day at the pool. We went back for dinner the next night. We went around 7:30 and it wasn’t too busy. We actually took out food to go as we had a long day. The bar tender was very friendly and our food came extremely quick! I ordered the mahi mahi fish tacos from the small plates menu and my husband had the double smash burger with fries. I didn’t get a picture of the burger cause my husband devoured it- he loved it ! The tacos come with 2 and a third can be added for $10, but two was enough for me. Doesn’t come with a side. The fish is delicious ! Highly recommend for food and or drinks and great beach views!“
