You can’t beat the happy hour special prices, $12 for a draft beer and burger/tacos/pulled pork etc. depending on the day, the pulled pork is my favorite. Excellent draft selection of local beers. Dog friendly lanai. Staff are also very friendly. Our favorite place for happy hour in Kailua.“

“Went in on a Tuesday night place was pretty quiet. Ordered a drink and got to talking with the bartender who was very hospitable, and engaging. Ordered the burgers and some onion rings those came out awesome. Plus a drink of the bartender's choice and it was all around a great experience.“

“This outdoor bar is fantastic. The Mai Tai's are fantastic and not to be missed. They open at 11am and serve until 10pm. There is live music most evenings. There is walk up service at the bar or take a seat at one of the umbrella covered tables for table service. Winnie is a fantastic server and has worked there over twenty years. Find one of her tables, you won't be disappointed.“

“Came for drinks, stayed for the Ethiopian set menu ... $39 per person for the food, and about $70 all in with one drink each and tip. Good if you want to try something different.

The spread comes out on one big shared platter with lamb, beef, chicken, and veggies. As a Filipino, it instantly reminded me of a boodle fight ... everything piled on one large plate, everyone eating with their hands and dipping the homemade crepe like bread into the dishes. Fun, communal, and good.

Good assortment of flavors, and the drinks were solid as always. Worth a try if you're curious.“

“Me and my daughter visit here in November we went the waitress. They call her. Hennessy and Roland were so nice. The hookah was good. Good environment. I recommend if you’re ever in Hawaii this is the hookah lounge to visit. good vibes and you can also bring one bottle. I think there are trying to get their liquor license. They don’t have food right now, but you can definitely order food. Trust you will enjoy.“

“Really local spot, the bar staff is amazing. They always make sure they’re taking good care of you. The food isn’t the priority but it’s good when you order. The drinks are good and the atmosphere is very welcoming if you play your cards right. Keep in mind this is a local spot so come in humble and you might get a spot at the bar. If you do, it’ll be your new favorite spot.“

“We originally came to Pint + Jigger for a special that, unfortunately, was no longer being served. However, we were pleasantly surprised by all the other great selections on the menu.

The burger was amazing—a true highlight of Hawaiʻi’s burger scene. I’m not going to call it the absolute best, but it is definitely up there with the best. If you want to know which burger currently holds my top spot, you’ll have to read my other reviews. Either way, Pint + Jigger makes a pretty damn good burger.

The salad was also a hit with my entire family. We added the blackened marlin, and it was fantastic. The fish was seasoned well and cooked perfectly. That level of quality wasn’t necessarily something we expected from a pub, but they absolutely delivered.

The drink menu also offered an excellent selection of delicious local brews—not just beer from one represented brewery, but choices from several different local producers. I love having a place where I can enjoy great food while trying a variety of fresh local beers.

“We were invited here as a grp so we stopped in. They hv hot dogs and pop corn available in the bar. Also jerky. Cute little place, I was not there on a sunday but they have a big crowd for burgers on sundays. My friends enjoyed there professionally made Bloody Mary's. The guy whose name is guy I think was friendly and a pro behind the bar. Will definately stop in again.“

“There were several hostesses at the counter when we checked in, but unfortunately, the initial interaction did not feel very welcoming. They didn't seem particularly friendly, and while we were waiting to be seated, it appeared that one of them smirked at us. This left us feeling uncomfortable and gave us a poor first impression. For a restaurant like Ruscello, we expected a warmer, more welcoming greeting and a higher level of hospitality from the moment we arrived“

The owner and his family are great. The atmosphere, people, and the conversations are great. When I came back, everyone remembered me by name. “Bar 35 is a great place to go with friends to have drinks on the cheaper side, and to dance. the music selection is nice, and the bartenders are great despite how much people are there getting drinks constantly. The place can get very packed, so if you aren’t fond of such a thing, then I’d recommend going somewhere else, but it’s a great time. I’d also recommend you get an uber to the place, because there’s only paid parking and the lots are quite small. there is meters on the street though if you’re fine parking there.“
