This is hands down the best bar in Honolulu. Small but mighty thanks to the very comfortable outdoor setting and ESPECIALLY the friendly, caring and expert service from Matt and Yulia. The drinks are reasonably-priced (don't miss the 4-6 p.m. happy hour!), and they are professionally made with top-shelf liquor. And not just dog friendly, but dog welcoming - they love your dog. Paniolo Bar & Café (in the lobby of The Equus Hotel) is officially in my rotation now—and the fact that it’s a quick 5-minute walk from my place? Dangerous. In the best way.
