“As a Mexican living on the island it is very hard to find authentic Mexican food. Been here for three years and just tried their food yesterday. I was skeptical but omg the birria was nice and tender with flavor! They don’t skimp out on the portions either. I wish I would have found this place sooner! The atmosphere is nice and clean! Definitely coming back !“

“Whole Foods Happy Hour Foods were excellent and delicious. We had the chicken wings, cauliflower bites, and Caesar salad. Seriously, better than the other brewery close by. I also had the Honolulu beer with the interesting name. We returned several times for other great foods in the restaurant. Highly recommend sitting in the outside patio.“

“Cute little spot, very similar to Chipotle or Qdoba, but we liked supporting a local place. We ordered two chicken bowls and a steak burrito. Portion sizes were pretty large, we felt it was good value. Salsas were flavorful, especially the corn.“

“Being from Bakersfield, California, we know good Mexican food, and Mexico Lindo absolutely delivered! This was by far the best Mexican food we found anywhere on the island.
The portions were generous, the cocktails were large and well-made, and every dish we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and authentic. What really made the experience stand out was the outstanding service. From the host who greeted us, to our server, to the bartender, everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely interested in making sure we had a great experience.
The staff was happy to answer questions, offer recommendations, and make us feel welcome from start to finish. It's clear they take pride in both their food and their customer service.
If you're craving great Mexican food while visiting Oahu, don't miss Mexico Lindo. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Kailua!“
