“Good food. Would eat again. Enjoyed the burrito the most. My daughter loved the nachos and has been begging me to get some again soon. Nice and friendly and brought our food out to the car when it was ready. Parking is small and tight (as is the situation in Wahiawa), and even though it was prime traffic time with lines wrapping around the roads, it wasn’t too terrible getting in and out.“

“Been seeing this on my uber eats offers for weeks and figured why not try this place in person. While finding it in the lot was a tad hard at first this place is worth it and then some. For a legit hole in the wall spot their menu is definitely the most expansive on the island from nachos to postres and drinks. I ended up getting a carne asada fries, California burrito, and a horchata all benchmarks I use to try places. I debated getting fried ice cream too but I'm glad I didn't pull the trigger since the portions were so massive unlike what pictures and prior reviews mentioned that I was full in no time flat. Taste was impeccable with clear separation of ingredients and proper ratios of everything from sauce seasonings and meat. I loved every second of eating it and it used my remainders as extra salsa for my burrito. As for the agua Fresca you almost always can tell if you know what to look for what is a cheap powder Fresca to one that is either done in house to a keg and I was happily impressed it was nicely made and separated again well. Everything came out super fast and the server was quite nice and we even talked the whole time I was there. For value for a place like this looking at the menu not changing its price at all since pre Covid is quite good in these times and worth a stop if not for the food for the people and the nice dessert selection. Move away serges this place is easily #2 arguably #1 on island in my book and will be for you too!“

I wish the queso dip wasn’t over $12, but the other dishes are reasonably priced. BYOB at the moment until they get their liquor license. There’s a market next door that might have alcoholic beverages. There’s parking lot is a little cramped, so massive trucks would be hard to park in there.“

“If you’re on the hunt for legit Mexican food in Honolulu, this is probably your best option.

Casual counter serve restaurant specializing in tacos. Don’t miss the taco Tuesday prices for the best value. Fish, shrimp, and carnitas are perfect. Steak and chicken are second tier, but are cheaper. I wish they had flour tortilla option instead of just corn.

I’ve always praised their habanero salsa as the best on island, but it was weak and watery on my last visit. Really hoping it was just a bad batch and they didn’t change the recipe. They eliminated the salsa bar and you have to ask for it from behind the counter now, which was a bit strange.

The food is great, but I docked a star for speed. I feel like it's too slow for a place serving up street tacos. I recommend ordering at least 30 minutes ahead if you plan to dine in. The dining room is small and a little bland, but at least they have one.“

“The most delicious tacos I’ve had in Hawaii, period. I had one chicken taco and one steak taco. Both tacos came with homemade pico and homemade guacamole, and all the salsas at the open salsa bar are also homemade. You add your own cilantro, onions, salsa, hot sauce, and lemon or lime—everything is there. You can really taste the authentic Mexican flavor that you’re not going to get at some of these other fancy restaurants. I’ve honestly enjoyed these two tacos more than many fine-dining places I’ve eaten at here. I wouldn’t call them childhood memories since I didn’t grow up in Mexico, but they remind me of happy memories from time spent in Mexico. It’s a small food truck in a parking lot, a one-person operation, cash only, $5 per taco. There’s one table with five chairs, and napkins and plastic forks are self-serve. If you want truly delicious, street-style Mexican food, I can’t think of another place in Hawaii that comes close to these tacos. 6pm-11pm Tue Fri Sat. Cash only. BYOB.“

The beans are some of the best I have eaten and the sour cream had a hint of lime. The burrito was grilled to a golden perfection and 10 inches long. The salsa will set your face on fire. “Moe's Southwest Grill at the food court main PX Schofield Barracks was Awesome. The Steak Stack and Steak Quesadillas were Outstanding. The cooking area was well cleaned and kept organized by the staff and they were very Aloha friendly. The prices were comparative to the local economy. Extra Guacamole is a small additional cost. I Very much recommend this establishment for a quick, delicious meal. Mahalo aaand ALOHA!!!“
