“My husband and I tried this place for a quick lunch. I had the shrimp tacos gobernador and he had the chicken enchiladas. The shrimp tacos were really yummy but extremely oily. I had to line my plate with extra napkins and put the tacos on top to soak up all the oil. They need to fix that because they are really delicious minus the grease fest. My husband said the chicken enchiladas were good.“

“Got the Chicken street taco plate, medium salsa, and it was pretty good, the ultimate judge being my son who ate most of it. Good fresh ingredients, great tortillas and sauce, service was mostly just pointing to a sign to share what you wanted. Of the three places we ate (here, Giovanni’s, and Huli Huli chicken) in this food truck area, I’d call this the best one of the three, would def eat here again.“

“Moe's Southwest Grill at the food court main PX Schofield Barracks was Awesome. The Steak Stack and Steak Quesadillas were Outstanding. The cooking area was well cleaned and kept organized by the staff and they were very Aloha friendly. The prices were comparative to the local economy. Extra Guacamole is a small additional cost. I Very much recommend this establishment for a quick, delicious meal. Mahalo aaand ALOHA!!!“

The black bean patty was perfectly seasoned, and the crunch from the tostada shell added a delightful surprise. A true fiesta in every bite!2. Service with a SMILE: The staff went above and beyond! The cashier, whose name I believe was Stephanie, was incredibly friendly and patient as I debated between the Crunchwrap and the Nacho Fries Bel Grande (spoiler alert: I got both!). She even offered a helpful suggestion for a hot sauce pairing. Legendary service indeed!3. Cleanliness Check: The restaurant was sparkling clean.
