Jasmine’s cuisine is like an opera of top notch ingredients sourced at the farm and fisherman. She has a Michelin level knack of seasoning, cooking just right a wonderful mix of fish, meat, fish, vegetables and desserts. Her sauces are light and very umami, with a secret twist. Jasmine is a wonderful person that teaches people that one can eat very healthy in a very tasteful way. No sacrifices. Highly recommend and hope we meet again.

Jasmine cooked for our group of friends in Kona for 10 days. She created a memorable experience with a range of diverse dishes, drawing inspiration from different cuisines, and always presented with a big, warm smile. We would hire her again in a heartbeat!
