Oh wow, what wonderful food. The bahn-mi was wonderful, I had the bún salad and it was fabulous. I've been chasing the dragon of really great Vietnamese bún for a long time and this delivered bigtime. Go give it a shot and don't be afraid to ask for spicy.Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian versions of their bahn-mi and bún salads. They even asked about mayo, so they do care that your food will be strictly vegetarian if you so desire.
This was one of the friendliest food trucks I’ve ever visited, and the food was excellent! My wife got a truly tasty banh mi, and my pork noodle dish was exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend!

I got a pork lemongrass banh mi for $10. I've never had banh mi before so I can't do a comparison to other ones available on island, but it was delicious! If you do drop by, they only accept cash so come prepared!
