SoupRSaimin Reviews
Food was really good, the bahn mi was fire. Service was great and they shared the aloha with my family. I would highly recommend to anyone!
The good is great and I like the owner! We came here late at night and got a free spring rolls. We ordered the supersaimin. The egg and fried wonton are cooked to a nice doneness. The soup base contains so much umami. The food here is adjusted to American taste.

Excellent service and truly outstanding customer service! The woman who attended to us was super friendly, attentive, and kind; her positive energy made the experience even more enjoyable.
The owner of the food truck was also very welcoming and friendly. And, of course, the best part of all: the food was delicious! We were also really impressed by how fast the service was: our order was ready in five minutes or even less. The food simply couldn’t...read full review

SoupRSaimin is a restaurant that serves great food. The owner is welcoming and friendly, and the woman who attended to customers was super friendly, attentive, and kind. Her positive energy made the experience even more enjoyable. The service is excellent and truly outstanding, with orders ready in five minutes or even less. The food is delicious and simply couldn’t have been better. The egg and fried wonton are cooked to a nice doneness, and the soup base contains so much umami. The food is adjusted to American taste. The mustard cabbage soup is always hearty and full of fall-off-the-bone meat, never one of those disappointing soup bowls that’s mostly broth. Pair the soup with white rice and it’s ono. The flavor is always on-point, the portions are generous, and the hospitality is pure local warmth. The pork belly saimin is fatty but soft, and the soup was a little salty for some, so it was watered down. The won ton saimin and the beef pho are delicious. The won tons, char siu, and broth were so yummy. In the pho there was lots of meats and toppings to choose from, and again the broth was delicious. The seating area is enjoyable and the work crew is very nice. The food truck is loved and leaves customers really wanting to come back. It is 100% recommended.
