Aloha Whip Reviews
During late January to early February 2023, I spent 3 nights at the Queen Kapi’olani, while visiting family in Honolulu. I booked the rooms through Agoda about a month in advance and it was about $562 with taxes, which seemed like a great deal at the time. The hotel is surrounded by hostels so it felt like a less desirable part of Waikiki, even though you’re still paying Waikiki prices. The hotel is LOUD, our room was noisy at all times of the day (even nighttime). The bathrooms don’t have a fan, so it’s so hot and humid in the bathroom after a shower you can’t stand inside. Otherwise, it did the job, was a place to sleep but I wouldn’t come again.
