Anytime Cafe

We came at 715pm last week Friday. Their closing time was 730pm. The waiter was very kind to accommodate us. But we had to order immediately, which was not a problem because we were super hungry. We ordered our usual, won ton mein, beef stew won ton mein and won ton fish ball look fun soup. Everything was excellent. We didn't finish our dinner until 800pm. They did not rush us at all... but we are very fast because we were super hungry.

As there are not many options at 10pm, we found ourselves at Anytime Cafe. The server was super friendly. The food came out quickly and was hot. - spring rolls: 5/5 - onion pancakes: 4/5 - shrimp wonton soup: 5/5 for the wonton but 1/5 for the broth - chicken and mushroom risotto: 5/5 on flavor, but be aware that this is more of a saucy rice than a traditional risotto.

Surprisingly tasty! Hot day so started off with #63 Grass Jelly Shave Ice w/coconut milk. This was very refreshing and a great start! Price a bit high for quantity but it was so refreshing! #45 turnip cake - fried nicely on outside and soft on the inside with a bit of meat and onion. I liked it for its lightness. Not heavy and oily. Id order it again. #13 Shrimp dumpling noodle in broth- honestly i was totally surprised there was real shrimp and not a shrimp ball. Really tasty!...read full review
