Dean & Deluca Hawaii - Ritz-carlton Store is a hidden gem offering a unique dining experience. The restaurant provides valet parking with ticket validation for up to 3-4 hours, making it convenient to explore the surrounding Waikiki strip. Their afternoon tea experience is notable for Asian-fusion savory treats like katsu sando and shrimp on matcha bread, along with a limited 5-course special for $54. The atmosphere is delightful, and the staff is kind and welcoming. Vegetarian options are available, which can be hard to find in the area. The location also features goods and souvenirs, with friendly staff offering descriptions of displayed foods and snacks. Indoor seating is limited, with a few outdoor tables with chairs. Customers often enjoy the great food, including amazing desserts and coffee, making it a must-visit spot. The afternoon tea includes an exceptional variety of teas, both hot and cold, with champagne available if desired. Visitors may find some tables for two a bit close, but the space remains cozy and comfortable when seating is available. Overall, it remains a popular destination for a special treat or relaxing break in Waikiki.
