So, I work on Hickam and visit the food court often. I don't really stop by the food trucks out front that often but I've been missing out.I ordered a spicy poke bowl. Initially I was skeptical because 1) it's a food truck serving raw fish, 2) on an Air Force base, 3) and the two owners/operators don't look like my normal sushi person in town. Food is exceptional. Even though it’s only a food truck, it’s better than most restaurants out here. Prices are reasonable, wait is short, and the workers are very kind and helpful.
