I've been to Gyoza Studio Kubota a few times since it opened, and it's become one of my favorite ramen shops in Honolulu!
Their chicken paitan ramen is hands down one of the best. I love a broth that isn't overly rich or heavy but is still packed with that deep chicken flavor. It's so easy to eat while being super satisfying. Honestly, it's the perfect ramen for a rainy day... or any day for that matter.

We love coming here, they are open late! We got the yuzu soda and jellyfish, lemon ramen and spicy red ramen as well! Both were delicious and very flavorful! Mahalo nui
The best food I had on my trip to Hawaii. Everything was unique and very flavorful. A must stop when in Honolulu.
