Horrible company that treats their staff terribly. One of their managers, Jeremy, had regular meltdowns and temper tantrums and clearly could not handle his job so they took him off production and had him focus on controlling the rampant roach infestation of their production facility. Their other manager, Alex Lau, is openly anti-semitic; I'm sure they know about this as he's the owner's daughter's boyfriend. I have visited the Haleiwa location multiple times and it just hits the spot for unique gelato flavors! I also highly recommend any of the crepes ... and of course, the Ube Mochi waffle!!!
Staff friendly and attentive and the place is kept very clean. Definitely worth a stop if you need to pick up a pint of gelato for a family dinner too. ;)
