long. hair in my ultimate Cheese Burger sandwich, ordered a Grilled Sourdough Burger... got the chicken version instead. no idea whose running the operation but they need to really up quality control and kitchen crew sanitation! no buttermilk house dressing as requested.
Cruel! Cruel! Cruel! As a senior citizen i was wandering the streets looking 4 a bathroom caught btw. last stop/4 AM Starbucks. Must've eaten something wrong. So I saw someone go in there/IK they have barhrooms. So I lock up my bike/go in: door's locked some NASTY lady goes,"Go away! We're closed!" Thanks for the compassion! BTW the drive-thru was open! I went next door/some KIND person let me use his bathroom. I will NEVER eat there & I'm moving to Waikiki
