A nice little find inside of near empty Dole Plantation Foodcourt next to Costco. I had the adobo pork belly. We all know there are many ways that adobo can be prepared, but this place’s adobo was different and it was excellent. It looks like the pork was stewed and then fried. It was tender and flavorful.
