I rarely get out to this Costco in Iwilei, but recently when I was doing some work near by, I decided to pop on over to this Costco Food Court in Iwilei to pick me up a salad.Yes, the gastro doc was preaching to me to eat more fiber (old people problems), so a shredded roasted chicken caesar salad it is! The famous $10 (okay, $9.99) roast beef sandwich from Costco! It's a cold sandwich weighing just over 1 lb. Quite a bit of roast beef and it's not bad but not the tastiest. The mayo/mustard sauce and relish aren't too strong and the roasted tomatoes are pretty good.The bread is just right, not too soft or hard. Lots of lettuce though.
