Food was really good! It was hard to choose because everything on the menu sounded yummy. They serve lots of comfort food cooked to perfection! I need to come back so I can try other things but we really liked everything we ordered: the lobster pasta, and the burger, as well as the chop salad. Mahalo Livestock Tavern!
The food portions were large and the wine pour was generous. The prime rib was properly cooked and was excellent. Parking in the lot next door was available but it took us 10 minutes to pay with the on-line system.
Used to be a pool hall bar back in the day called Amy's Place. What an interior transformation! Cool to have a vintage tavern in the throngs of Honolulu! We went for Sunday Brunch...the menu is extensive. We are picky eaters. It is rare we had so many items we liked on the menu. We had the lamb sandwich and the crab cake benedict. Both were delicious.
