Keep in mind, their grab and go items are different from their in-service section. Actually, a physical barrier (like a ribbon or something) to cordone off the sit-down area would help. I accidentally sat down the wrong area, and was promptly told [very kindly] that the area was sit-down, and grab and go customers ate at another section. Do not go to the small Makai Grab n Go by Gate B5 - very rude, no food, no aloha. Larger, sit down restaurant Makai Plantation by C5 is MUCH nicer, has more selection and is more helpful. Take the short walk and get better service.Dietary restrictions: Some gluten free options

Although the menu looked good, the taste of the food was poor. I did not see a smile from the waiter and he did not explain anything on the menu to me. I do not recommend it, it is my fault that I did not read the previous comments before ordering the food.
