“KoKo & I eat McDonalds everyday for breakfast and dinner. This location hands down is one of the best McDonalds locations. The food always tastes good and well prepared, the bathrooms are always clean, the staff is friendly, the whole place is always nice & clean. Great ownership 👍“
“I usually go through drive through here and I’ve always had good experience with food & very friendly workers. Today I decided to dine in & I was literally shocked. My husband accidentally spilled his drink right as he got it. We asked for napkins and if we could get a refill and Elizabeth went above and beyond. She didn’t even make a face when we told her about the accident. We were going to clean it up ourselves but she chose to clean it and told us to enjoy our food and that it’s her job. It’s very rare to see people with her spirit, she’s one of a kind. Every other McDonald's that I go to, staff are rude and miserable. Elizabeth is bright and truly sweet! The kind of staff businesses need! I hope she gets a raise or a promotion.“
“I want to give a shout out to Christine the manager at this location for her excellent customer service. She was able to be kind and compassionate and patient in resolving my issue. McDonald’s is fortunate to have her on board for sure! 🌺“
“Incredibly kind staff! I ordered a $5 meal and immediately went back for a second, and Josh at the first window welcomed me back and then spotted trash from my previous meal in my car and offered to throw it away for me! Very nice!!! Then at the next window Tinia also warmly welcomed me back and asked if I needed anything else!! Super kind, friendly and thoughtful people!! Great experience!“
“McDonald's, not typically known for its healthy foods but lately with the $5 and $6 value meals has been a decent place to enjoy a quick and cheap lunch in Waikiki. Where the average prices can be as high as 17 to $25 for a lunch. This particular location is clean well managed and efficient in terms of getting food out. Even faster when you use the app for pickup.
Parking: If you're driving don't come here. No parking anywhere nearby. But, if you work here or staying in one of the nearby hotels easy walk.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a wheelchair ramp and all the usual ADA compliances.“
“The service is fast and I really like how cheap it is. Cashiers and staff are very friendly. Great place to get to know others who are also dining in too. The filet-o-fish is soft enough for elderly ones to enjoy and the cheeseburger is quite decent as well. The dishes can be simple and easy to enjoy.“
“So I stopped in to get a daily double meal, my go to quick grub. They messed up the sandwich, but I'm a good way LOL my double had 3 patties,I had never seen such a thing. I got a daily triple!!! Other than that the service here was friendly and prompt. I still wish you could add mac sauce to your sandwich at the kiosk. It's a pain force people to use a kiosk to order and pay then I still have to call a worker over to add mac sauce anyway. Just put a button on the customization options to add mac sauce. I know you can.“
“Marie is giving 100% greeting everyone when they come to the counter teaching them how to use the kiosk showing so much aloha this McDonald's is overwhelming busy but she doesn't miss a Beat corporate would be proud my name is Bruce Hensley I am Mr grateful never leaving Waikiki Hawaii“
“I recently visited the McDonald's located at 2915 E Manoa Rd in Honolulu, and I had a pleasant experience. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment for dining. The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring that my order was prepared quickly and accurately.
Overall, this McDonald's location offers a reliable spot for a quick meal, with a welcoming atmosphere and attentive service. Whether you're grabbing breakfast or a late-night snack, it's a great choice for fast food in the Manoa area.
Kid-friendliness: Yes
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes“

“The Restrooms should be open for customers use....but customers are denied access the Restrooms . Especially when their done with dine in....most customers need use Restrooms. This is bad for business and I've noticed a decline in dine customers.“
“When you need to feed kids on vacation. Plus, they always have a locally inspired pie. The taro pie was very tasty.
Staff was very accommodating to dietary needs.
No bathroom available in the restaurant
Dietary restrictions: They made cracked eggs instead of scrambled.
Kid-friendliness: Happy meals!“
“One of the LAST stores to feature human cashier's. Order yourself kiosks are in use & human ordering is limited. Food is replicated throughout the chain. Order in San Francisco or Hawaii, the food is mostly the same with local favorites featured from time to time.“
“Stopped by McDonald’s and it was exactly what I needed. Fast service, clean environment, and the food was fresh and delicious. The fries were crispy, the Big Mac was perfect as always, and the staff was friendly and efficient. I ordered through the app and everything was ready when I arrived — super convenient. A reliable spot for a quick and tasty bite!“
“Very busy place. Lots of people from all over. The staff does their best to keep up with everything. Soda machine is often no ice because it's that busy. All the garbage bins overflowing, and there's even someone to change it. Hectic place- I give the workers credit for doing a great job.“
“They are open 24/7 which is a plus for me being that I am up early for work and this is one of a few options I have to get something to eat. It’s usually busy during the day but at late night and early risers won’t run into a line normally. Haven’t had many order issues either, and the staff always have been very professional. That’s been my experience. Maybe I’m just lucky.“
“For a McDonald's situated right in the heart of downtown Honolulu, this location is surprisingly well-managed and serves its purpose perfectly. The restaurant was notably clean, which is a major plus in such a high-traffic area. Service was also quick; I didn't have to wait long for my order, making it an ideal choice for a fast, reliable meal break.
The only minor inconvenience, though entirely expected for a downtown spot, was the locked restrooms, which require a key from staff, a common measure to manage heavy foot traffic and loitering. Overall, for a clean, quick, and efficient fast-food experience in a busy urban core, this McDonald's is a solid four stars.“
“Love love love this McDonalds Hawaiians are so sweet and kind. They made all the food fresh and hot it was the best McDonald’s I’ve had along with Puerto Rico McDonalds and Japan McDonalds. I just wish the Hawaii exclusive items weren’t sold out“
“I go to this Mickey Ds all da time and this braddah at da drive-thru, buff filipino boy with one mean goatee small kine shy but real nice. he try talk but his voice stay all soft, like he scared fo mess up. Prolly one mainland Filo cuz he sounded like one black guy thru the speaker but the order come out all good and quick tho so no problem. I think maybe he mo better in da back cuz look like he stressed when he gotta talk to people. I get it talking to people all day not easy but dis guy Ray(?) look like he rather be anywhere else. maybe in the kitchen, he can jus focus on da food, no need worry bout taking orders and payments an shet. plus filipino braddahz always know how fo cook mean kine grindz so i bet he would kill it back dea. Solid guy still!!
But for real food always solid, fries crispy, coke always hit da spot. no complaints, jus feel kinda bad for da boy, hope he find one spot dat betta fo him“
“I would say I'm very thankful for McDonald's even though it's a fast food place with lots of noise and all kinds of people-- sometimes homeless people run in and out to use the restrooms or ask for meal.
So I feel rather comfortable there because I can just sit down and relax in the cool air conditioning with even just a fish patty if I don't want all the calories of the white bread. And then Iced tea that has no calories and no sugar. It's a refreshing place to recharge a bit without having to worry about how you look. The bathrooms
are usually kept clean, which is good.
A lot of teenagers after school go there, so it's kind of light-hearted.
It's a little bit like an Oasis, when there are no restaurants, really close that are inexpensive where you just want to sit down and relax a bit with something small.“
