For a take-out/order place for sushi and poke, the quality of the fish couldn't be better! Each time I passed by it, there was a line so I decided to go get it a little later than there opening. The quality of the fish is perfect, including the sauces that they put on/with it.
Although Ming Hing is also a Meat store, I've seen the meats but am only here for the seafood, fish cake to be exact! Next time when I am with my momma we will grab meats. One of my shop that I usually grab fish cake from has closed for good. I was on a search for fish cake and I happen to come across this stall at the Kekaulike market. it can be a bit unfair for these high quality sushi guys to do poke since poke is more of a choice from fish markets + food markets. BUT, there is no denying their poke is one of the best on the islands because they are sushi guys with high standards. the ume + shiso is out of this world!
