This company/vendor and their staff are so incredible and they offer the most refreshing and visually beautiful beverages, anywhere on island! I met them during my first healthcare travel assignment when I went to the Saturday KCC farmers market. I first tried their Hibiscus and it was beautiful and light to the palate BUT I am a crazy woman for calamansi and omg, that drink was phenomenal! Amazing and unique drinks. Excellent service and precise preparation. The Matcha Ginger was perfectly balanced with plentiful fresh garnish.

Pacifikool is a stunning place found at the recent Food and New Product Show at the Blaisdell. The Peaceful Gratitude "Matcha Ginger Latte" is a must-try, made with 100% pure hand-crafted Hawaiian ginger. The staff is happy, friendly, and willing to make your experience memorable. They can also be found at the KCC market on Saturday and Thursday nights in Kailua. The ginger juice is sublime and absolutely refreshing, and watching the mock tail ‘Tom Cruise’ in action is a must-see experience.
