“Verified with the manager that they use Beef Tallow at this location! That explains why the food here is so good! And it doesn't make me feel bloated or sick afterwards. I cant get enough of this place! And it's located in the NEX food court so you can dine with a waterfall and a beautiful ceiling diorama! Workers are also super nice. Love coming here after work!“
“I ordered takeout from this Popeyes restaurant, and you guys have an amazing staff! We accidentally left our bag behind, which contained our passports, money, and driver's license. We only realized it after we arrived back at our hotel, so we rushed back to the restaurant.
Thankfully, the staff had kept our bag safe and returned it to us. You guys truly saved us! A huge thank you to everyone for your honesty and kindness.
When we got back to our hotel, we enjoyed the warm fried chicken, fries, and drinks even more. Thank you again for making our day!“
“Took forever even with an online order before I arrived. However the order was 100% correct and everything was tasty and fresh. So I don't mind waiting as long as it's all good. The Kaneohe and Mililani locations always get our order wrong sometimes even the wrong meal totally. The person that helped did apologize and say it had been an extremely busy day and they had alot of online orders that piled up. I appreciated he addressed it and it happens. He was very polite so I still have 5 stars overall.“
