Mannnn! I can't tell everyone enough how delicious their chicken. I have eaten here well before Covid started.The meat is so tender and moist! I ordered a half chicken today before work. I had been craving some rotisserie style chicken for a week. The portion is very reasonable and really flavorful. The dipping sauce is good match with the chicken. Lots of parking on the street.

Such an unassuming truck I almost missed it! Only options available were half and whole, no quarter. Delicious huli huli chicken with a Peruvian twist. The chicken was charred to smoky perfection while still remained tender and juicy. The Peruvian twist were the strikingly umami, peppery, and herbaceous flavors infused in the chicken. The mustard sauce was a great addition to balance the dish's intensity with some creaminess.
