Great Starbucks! This Starbucks is located in Ward Village shops plaza with plenty of free parking, in Ala Moana. Inside, this Starbucks is spacious with seating indoors and outdoors. I ordered a hot vanilla latte (venti) and iced caramel macchiato (venti). I made specific customizations to both drinks and the baristas made each drink perfectly. My drinks tasted so good! Amazing customer service by Troy! I came to this location to look for the umbrella cup and luckily they had it. Troy was friendly and helpful! I purchased the umbrella cup and he even helped me wrap it up so it doesn't get scratches/damage. First time someone at Starbuck's offered to wrap up merchandise for me! Really appreciated it! Troy exemplifies what excellent customer service is. Thanks again!

The staff here are always so friendly and efficient. Most of the time I do a pick up order and my order is always ready by the pick up time and the baristas are always so nice. Parking sometimes can be a little crazy especially on the weekends but its worth it.
