Just go here for chirashi. I was in the old 99 ranch and walking around and saw this small fronting with 2 cold refrigerated displays. Then I got closer and I was surprised to see blocks, chirashi bowls, and sliced sashimi. A man stood behind patiently and I was transported to Japan. If you've never been, you need to try this place ASAP! I've been coming here for years for fantastic and affordable chirashi, crab, and negitoro donburi. The owners are extremely nice and accommodating. The fish is extremely fresh and skillfully cut and prepared. My go to is a chirashi with a side of sashimi. TIP: if you walk up to the food counter and scarce or no bentos are left displayed under the fridge lights, that doesn't mean they are sold out. And just because you don't see a menu doesn't mean they have nothing to sell. You gotta ask! Ask for chirashi, or whatever sashimi they still have, and a side of rice if you desire.
