Great experience. Be sure to order the Bartender Chooses drinks as we had 4 awesome custom drinks. Server was on point and food was delicious. It is a small open air restaurant so we enjoyed the ambiance. These types of places allow you to converse with the staff so of course we talked with the Bartendar about his drinks and music selections with it. Would recommend for small parties.
Excellent cut options, were able to drop in without a reservation.
Let social media need us to the butcher bar while in Waikiki. It was a great choice! It was delicious in particular the marrow burger, the steak sandwich and the dusk dinner. Left loving every part of our dining experience!

The Butcher Bar by Aloha Steak House is a highly acclaimed restaurant that offers exceptional service and excellent food quality. Guests specifically visit this establishment for its outstanding selection of drinks and food, as well as its great ambiance. The menu boasts one of the best burgers on the island, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating, providing excellent recommendations and creating a comfortable atmosphere. The bone marrow burger did not disappoint, with a juicy and delicious burger and a generous portion of potato skin fries. The happy hour deal is a great value, with $3 draft beers and the $17 bone marrow cheeseburger + fries from 4-6pm. The place is small but not too far a walk from the Waikiki strip. The Ribeye was also very good, with tender meat and no smell, and the truffle butter was excellent. The service was great, and the staff was very kind, even offering to take pictures. They also serve citrus infused water. It is highly recommended and many would definitely go back.
