There are 2 kinds of pork: the regular one, which is a more round shape, and the "aged" one which is larger and slightly more expensive. We all thought the regular one was just as good. The aged one is thicker (though tender considering how thick it was).Good is great, and the katsu is all very crispy/crunchy. Amazing! Best katsu I’ve ever had . Not sure if I would brave the long wait times, in person - but we made a reservation (4 months) in advance - and were seated right away. We ordered the pork loin katsu and shrimp + oyster katsu - which were all very delicious. The service was great! This place is a gem. Make sure you come early because this place is always full. And for good reason.The Tonkatsu was out of this world, I loved the entire meal. They have definitely perfected their craft. The service was top notch and efficient. I recommend everyone to come here.
