It had been a while since my last visit. I remember it being good but this time, I felt like it was far superior than the last time. I thoroughly enjoyed every single bite! Our server was kind, sincere and patient with us, explaining each item. The food was perfectly paced and absolutely delicious. We felt like VIPs as we were the only party for the second seating 😊 The chef even came out to chat with us for a bit 🥰 Can't wait to come back!

Tempura Ichika was an amazing experience. It is one of the few places in the USA to get an exceptional omakase tempura experience. Chef expertly fries each morsel to perfection - to the point that no oil comes off the food onto the tempura paper. Tempura Ichika offers an exceptional dining experience with excellent tempura omakase, a wonderful ambiance, and seamless service. The restaurant presents food that delights the senses, featuring high-quality ingredients and beautiful presentation. Guests can savor a selection of dishes, starting with sashimi and beautiful chawan mushi. The tempura is freshly fried, hot and crispy, with many variety including shrimp, snow crab wrapped with nori, and Kisu (Japanese whiting), along with scallops, mushrooms, and tendon (tempura on rice) and ice cream for dessert. The chef, known for his skillful dishes, greets guests politely as they arrive, creating a welcoming environment. The restaurant is very spacious with plenty of space in between the guests. Although it is not possible to see the cooking process directly, the impressive quality of the food promises a unique and memorable tempura experience. Tempura Ichika is a clean and beautiful restaurant that stands out as a traditional tempura destination in the United States, making it a place everyone should try.
