However, the staff quickly assessed the problem which was that I had placed the order for the next day. Rather than turning me away, or asking me to replace the order, the manager quickly and expertly triaged with the Staff, and I received my food within minutes. The manager even credited my online order payment to the meal I received so that I wouldn’t have to go online to cancel and refund the mobile order. DO NOT DO DELIVERY from here! Packaging is a mess, items like entire ribs missing from orders, drinks missing, paid for additional toppings missing. Packaging also makes the food completely soggy and water logged which ruins the flavor. I even paid for priority delivery so the food was the first delivered.

For dine-in: Long lines, a long wait sometimes, and a small place, but everyone was really nice, and the food was good! Sweet tea was a little old tasting, bread needs some flavor like salted butter or honey butter. We'll surely go again!“

“Update (special S/O): I made a mistake when ordering online and received an error indicating the order may not have gone through. I was surprised that the manager personally answered when I called to check on my order. The manager stayed positive and calm the whole time we spoke, even though this location was experiencing IT problems and heavy customer load at the time. I was even more surprised when the manager waived a cost I should have paid and then personally delivered my pizza. This was especially impressive, since I am an infrequent customer with a small order. He definitely went above and beyond what most businesses do for customers. I greatly appreciate it and highly recommend this location to other customers.

“This has become our local Pizza Hut to visit and we have not had any issues before this. The store is nice and clean and the staff is extremely pleasant. We don’t want to fault the store for one experience, but this one experience might prevent us from ordering there again. We placed our order online and built our own pizza. We ordered a medium pizza with 2 different topping styles. Half the pizza was a super supreme and the other half was an extra pepperoni with mushroom. The taste of the pizza will always be top tier, but the accuracy and appearance of our order could have been better. We hope we just caught someone on a bad day, so we might give them another chance. Again, this was the first time our order wasn’t how we ordered it, but still felt like we should share. Please be your own judge based on our picture. I wouldn’t call that half a Super Supreme or Half Extra Pepperoni. Excuse the missing piece, I grabbed a slice before thinking of capturing the experience.“

I did takeout. Ordered the boneless chicken plate, it was still crispy when I ate it later. Instead of Mac salad, it came with carrots, pickled daikon, ranch dressing over shredded cabbage and rice. I got the soy garlic sauce. I liked that they kept the sauce in a container separate so it doesn't make the chicken soggy.

I've been to Once in New York City in brooklyn, Staten island, queens, Manhattan; but this place in Honolulu Hawaii in downtown Chinatown has got to be the best one as of yet. Every employee that works there always make sure that your dining experience is amazing! The food is always great call mine if something is not to your liking and they will gladly make you a different item or another one of the same order. Occasionally they forget my 2 L soda when they do deliveries, but that's okay LOL!!!!! Because they do exactly what you are feeling in your heart would be the proper compensation for this inconvenience.... they apologize and bring you the drunk but on thr second trip, its free OR they ask if you would rather they just refund it and thats that. “Pizza hut has always been one of my favorite places whenever I don't feel like cooking or just a quiet bite because I love their personal pan pizza. It is just the right size for 1 person and you cannot beat the price for 4 awesome pieces of a pan made personal size pizza. I think Anyone born between the 60s 70s & 80s bought Pizza Hut because there weren't many other options except for a few small pizza places that many different last verl long bcuz they really couldn't complete with Pizza Huts prices and most didn't deliver like pizza hut did. I also believe Pizza Hut is the forefront for the other Pizza companies to start up in Hawaii almost copying how Pizza Hut ran their business. I can't say 100 percent that it is the case but I believe it is true in my opinion. There is only one company that has been hanging in there but still cannot compete against the taste Pizza Hut puts out. I have only one question, why did Pizza Hut shut down most of the many dine in restaurants around Oahu? I used to love their salad bar lunches or brunches all you can eat salad bars. I know many sports teams would go during this special and the all you can eat brunch salad bar specials and just devour everything in sight. This salad bar had so many different entrees on that bar ß⁴⁴⁴⁴⅘ there were nothing left for the other customers which to me they knew what they were doing when choosing to do this at that specific time and specials . To me when the team ups and others abused this special on a regular basis it ruined it for everyone to enjoy and it wasn't only Pizza Hut that ran into this problem. But whoever I'm the company put into action maybe they should have added rules to that specific problem and should have foreseen that sooner than later someone or high schools & college athletic sports teams and their coaches "Only as an example" would abuse this awesome new way of family dining at a reasonable price to go with it that they also should have considered“
