Waited so long to pick up online order which should have been ready. No greeting, no apologies no explanations why it took so long. Management needs to train better on customer service.
Great big sub sandwich, wish the bread were soft and chewer!
This Jersey Mike’s location has recently opened and has been slammed! The staff remains incredibly friendly, taking care to make orders accurately. The speed at which the orders were getting done was impressive as well (I was here during lunch rush)! I am so glad this restaurant is here because I love Jersey Mike’s and the experience here is made even better by the people. Thank you so much. I’ll be back in soon!
