Empty in the afternoon, about 4pm, had a coupon so when there, to try Burger King in Hawaii, & it doesn't compare to the one I frequent in Henderson, Nevada. The service is so slow for the 5 or more staff that was on duty. A delivery driver ,I over heard, complain about waiting excessively for his delivery! Can't see how they make it! Love this Burger King. Grew up eating here since the early 90's. Holds a special place in my heart hehe my parents brought us here more than McDonalds lol. Got a job here a few years ago and since then I stop in a once or twice a month. Compared to the BK on our side in Kapolei, the quality and preparation of the food here is much better. So is the service.

Came to yelp this location because of the customer service. Just went through the drive through and the guy at the window, Ezekiel, was such a pleasant dude. He was very nice and helpful.
