You can get any bean on the menu as a pour over. It was my first time trying coffees from Thailand and India. The baristas know how to pull an espresso shot. Nice crema and rich flavor. “Great place to grab coffee! We stopped by at this place recently to grab a pick me up drink. It’s located inside a supermarket.
We ordered iced vanilla latte. The staff is friendly and the service was fast. Their coffee is decent - nothing special.
This place is located near the beach so you can grab a drink and walk along the beach.
They have a variety of milk tea options too!“

“I enjoyed a late breakfast here and both the coconut coffee and the salmon avocado sandwich were delicious. Staff was super friendly. Seating is outdoor tables and there was an umbrella that provided me shade. The area, Coconut Market, is very pleasant.“

“We came here for breakfast a couple of times during our stay in Kapa'a. I'm not sure if it was a temporary thing but the entire time we were there, they didn't have any of the regular McDonald's breakfast items except pancakes, hash browns and the eggs from the Big Breakfast. The eggs are served with rice, Spam and/or Portuguese sausage and they give you a packet of soy sauce. I'm not a fan of Spam but the sausage was good. They put way too much rice though, at least for me.The service was always good so no complaints there and it was conveniently located right by our hotel.“

“We stopped here for coffee on our trip. I had a delicious Americano with a little macnut flavor. We also got the sourdough banana bread and I’m not exaggerating when I say that it might actually be the best banana bread I’ve ever had in my life. Do yourself a favor and order it! 🍌🍞

There is an outdoor seating in a beautiful garden space, but it was a drizzly morning and most people were taking their coffee to go. It seems to be a popular with locals — the few people we chatted with in line live in the area. There was a steady stream of people; I’d call it busy but not crowded and the barista served us all at a steady paced that felt efficient. He acknowledged everyone as they walked up and didn’t seem too bothered when I asked a couple questions about the plants in the seating area. I was careful to only ask two questions since he was busy and I can talk a lot! 😅

Overall the atmosphere felt friendly and relaxed and I wish I’d had an opportunity to come back during my trip.“

“Stopped by The Jammin’ Banana Bakery & Cafe and loved it! We tried the malasadas and they were fresh, soft, and absolutely delicious. Paired them with a cold brew, which was smooth and refreshing — a perfect combo. The staff was incredibly friendly, photogenic and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Definitely a spot I’d come back to and recommend to others!“

“The banana matcha is way better than the strawberry matcha. Their matcha drinks don’t have a strong matcha flavor that’s my only complaint. But there syrups are homemade! Their energy bars are delicious and well priced. Update: I tried the Hawaii Latte and it’s a 5 star drink(everyone needs to try)“

“Simply the best. The staff is always so friendly. As someone who wakes up at 4am consistently for work and goes here quite frequently for a morning pick me up, anytime I come in to grab an early coffee at 6am, I am greeted with a smile.

The coffee and the food is excellent, the consistency in making the food taste exactly the same each time should not be overlooked. Exceptional.

I appreciate how kind each employee is and how great the food and coffee always tastes.

“OK - where to begin. So my family and are were on the island for the holidays this year and were traveling to Hā'ena State Park one morning. Stopping by Trilogy for coffee and something quick to eat, we would up having the best Avocado toast we've ever had. Our group of 5 each had it and loved it. Since being home we have tried to recreate it, but it hasn't really worked out for us. On a side note, after we ordered our food in the store, my son noticed a hat for sale. We had a quick turnaround time and couldn't get back in line, so I told him we'd go back later that day to buy it. The day got too busy and by the time we arrived back in the area, the store was closed. I contacted the owner through Instagram a few days later to see if I could buy the hat and he was more than accommodating. I was able to get it and buy some coffee to be sent home to Pennsylvania. Everything arrived quickly and our overall experience with the food, coffee and kindness of the owner all added up to something we won't soon forget. Highly recommend if you are on the island. “Our family very recently vacationed in Kauai to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary. I had reached out to Ko Bakery several weeks before our trip to have a cake made to surprise my parents. We chose the Haupia with Lime buttercream and also got a dozen cupcakes (yellow cake with chocolate buttercream) for the kiddos. The cake and cupcakes were AMAZING!!!! Their customer service is incredible (especially since we were communicating through email) and pick up was a breeze. I highly recommend Ko Bakery!!!“

It’s perfectly sweet (not too sweet) and not full of fillers like dried fruit (I don’t prefer dried fruit in granola). I loved it so much I took home a bag and then ordered 2 more to be shipped.
