“The luau was well done. The pre-show experience was top notch, with professional photography and games/tattoo’s to create some fun and learning. The food was excellent, and the open bar offering top shelf liquor was appreciated. The food options were plentiful and the performance of the luau boasted a beautiful story with excellent dancers/performers. The indoor space was beautiful, but a more outdoor/transitional space is what I commonly associate with a luau so that was the only drawback to the whole experience. Overall, the event was really nicely done and the whole family enjoyed.”

“Been coming for years (2003). Love love love this Ritz. Everything is spectacular from the moment you valet to the beach.

However, this year was the first time I questioned if the staff in lounge are going through the motions without the ladies and gentlemen credo in their hearts. Seemed like they're demotivated. Hope I'm wrong and this is just an off night.”

“Caesar salad, daily curry wrap, and their juices (I usually do something green) are my go-to’s! I tried their Greek salad too - also good but if I had to choose I’d choose the Caesar!! Laid back service, delicious and beautiful healthy food adorned with flowers — if you’re into food photography or are a foodie/ content creator you’ll love the look of everything here. I’m not really a smoothie guy but they have smoothies as well!”

“Great Food, But Way Too Loud The food and service were both excellent — no complaints there. Unfortunately, the live band playing downstairs was so loud we couldn’t have a conversation and had to keep asking our server to repeat himself. Two nearby tables left because of the noise. If you're hoping for a peaceful early dinner, skip the 4:30 PM time during happy hour music. Great restaurant, but the volume ruined the vibe.”

“I stopped here after a two dive scuba trip and was extremely hungry. The breakfast burrito was delicious and hit the spot. Coffees were good as well! Close by lots of busy beaches.”

“Best hotel in Maui. They provide unlimited spa access unlike four seasons and Ritz, and location is perfect for snorkeling and paddle boarding . Turtles and seals are often visible from the beach . Not as many restaurants at other properties but the property itself is immaculate and leaves nothing to be desired .”
