“I was looking up ice cream spots near me during a stay this past week and saw all the glowing reviews and knew I had to try it. Went yesterday a few hours before my flight home and it did not disappoint. I had guava and passionfruit in sweet cream and it was fantastic! So so good. Owner was friendly and nice to chat with :) I only wish I could have tried more flavors but not a bad problem to have ;)“

“While visiting muggy, muggy, sticky, and did I mention muggy Kona, I was thrilled to see a DQ. Like a mirage in the lava rock desert, there she was!
They're located in the Kona Commons, a newer mall between Kona Airport and Kailua Kona town. The store was clean, and service was friendly and fast.
DESSERT:

Mmm, mmm, mmm good and so much better in a creamy, crunchy waffle cone! Clean and very easy to eat because it came in a plastic holder.
OVERALL:
I wish DQ would open back up on Maui!“

“This was hands-down the best shave ice I've had anywhere in the Islands! Friendly staff, delicious syrups made from actual fruit, and ingenious holes in the tables that prevent spills. If you have always played it safe by choosing red, green, and blue, take a chance and let one of the staff select for you! I guarantee that it will make your tastebuds stand up and say,"Whoopie!!"“

“Stopped in for an early cup of kona coffee. Literally the best cup of coffee I've ever had! They use plant based creamer only and I don't care for the taste of those in coffee so I opted for black and I'm glad I did. I've been chasing that cup of coffee ever since.
It's not just the beans that make the difference, its the brewing.“
