“This place was awesome! They were so friendly in here and we ate our sushi bowls from next door in here. We followed our sushi bowls up with some amazing ice cream. All of it is homemade and they put the mixture on a cold slab and mix everything in. Family-owned and you could tell. Don't skip this place when in hilo! We got the Mango Sticky Rice ice cream mixture and it was fire! Thanks for being so great!“

“soft serve is a huge serve… so good! love to get a dole whip and eat it to refresh during a warm Saturday morning in Hilo. i used to really love their açaí bowls with PB, too! prices have gotten out of hand for their smoothie bowls so i haven’t had one in years. pineapple bowl for the açaí is so fun to try, and big enough to share“

“I’ve walked past this place for years on my regular walks through Liliʻuokalani Gardens. Today, after reading a glowing review on Nextdoor, I finally stopped in—and I’m glad I did!
Tucked away in the Aliʻi Ice Company building, Lili’s is easy to miss but well worth finding. They offer all the flavors pictured, along with non-dairy options, including paletas in several flavors. And Alison, the proprietor, is every bit as warm, cheerful, and genuine as she looks in the photo!
It’s a charming little hole-in-the-wall spot, and now that I’ve finally ventured inside, I’ll definitely be back!“
