I have never been to any restraunt where customer service was so bad. I am not one to complain about any business unless I absolutely have to. I usually just bite my tongue and just understand that since covid, a lot of people have been shorthanded. But not this location. I know this lady has never been short because she has always had the same employees since before covid. If you don't need to go to this location , do not go. Use that extra energy to go into Kahala mall subway....read full review
I thought this island had a subway. I was clearly wrong. This is a sandwich chain don't let the name fool you like it did to me. I spent an hour waiting for a train to come. 5 stars

For the broken toaster for they've had for the last 6 months, for like the four or five hours that they're only open and the small portions of meat that they give this place gets this rating. I've been to plenty of subways and they are all better.
