Faults advertising!!!
When staying at the resort it’s advertised that children eat free!
But when trying to make a reservation we waited a day for the manager to respond and when he emailed back asked if we could make it for a different day! We were going to need to eat every day. We opted to just cook for them instead.

Unfortunately, the service provided by our waiter tonight was far below the standards I had expected, especially given the reputation the establishment hold and having visited this restaurant yearly for the past 5 years when visiting Maui.

As much as I would like to have all amazing things to say about the Sea House restaurant, unfortunately I can’t. The staff made our experience very disappointing.
Our server DIANNE was quite unfriendly to begin with, and when I ordered the fish and my husband ordered the steak and she, of course asked him how he wanted it and he said, medium rare.
