Should have more stir fry foods...
They clearly need more help, but the food was definitely worth the wait. Will go there again when we visit Kauai. Some of the best food ever!

New Kim Chee is a convenient, busy restaurant located at Kukui Grove Shopping Center near the food court. It offers flavorful Korean dishes like Kalbi/Galbi short ribs with excellent marinade skills, especially the thin ribs. The lunch special includes meat jun, BBQ chicken, gyoza, mac salad, pickle cabbage, and white rice, with kim chee on the side—tasty and filling for the price. Despite some cleanliness issues and a surcharge for credit cards, the staff manages well with a small team.
