“This place is delicious! Wife and I went multiple times on our last visit to Maui. Their ice cream is the first time I've had an ice cream that really comes close to the texture and consistency of a home made. It's that light yet creamy style that's in between traditional ice cream and soft serve. You'll probably love it!
The flavors are really good as well! The vanilla base is awesome, the coconut base makes for a great dairy free option that my wife loved, each of the fruit flavors are fantastic, and the add ons are yummy. They also have a secret menu of seasonal or limited stock fruit flavors that might not be shown on the board. Ask them if it isn't too busy!
The truck itself is also a cool setup with how they make it. The staff is very friendly, and they manage to keep it moving and serve it up fairly quickly for only two people running it and a decently long line each time we went.
We'll definitely be coming back here again next time. Best ice cream I've had on the island!“

“We loved this vegan truck every time we visited, as our first stop and our last before flying out, for lunch. However, we got here this year and they NO LONGER SERVE FOOD, so just note. They are a delicious little ice cream shop only now. Still good, but we definitely missed the chippa waffle and burger. Had to find somewhere else to eat vegan on the way to the west side of the island.“

“Literally the best vegan ice cream Eye’ve ever had and really ice cream in general from when Eye wasn’t vegan. There are only about four vegan options but Eye swear they’re soooo delicious. My favorites are the mint chip and the brown sugar. Updated from previous review on 2026-03-28“

“We stayed in Hana on this trip to Maui, and we stopped by Coconut Glens for some of her yummy ice cream on the way. The last time we were here it was a wood building. I was surprised to see the food truck instead. The construction next to the truck was for future outdoor seating. This place is always busy, regardless of the time of day. I had the coconut ice cream that first day, and went back the next day for a scoop of coconut and chocolate chunk. They were both delicious.“

“I was told to try this place by a friend from the area and I’m glad I did! I got the “Lahaina” (pineapple, coconut, and banana) with vanilla ice cream on the bottom and the “snow cap” (sweetened condensed milk mixture) on top. It was amazing! The line was pretty long so there was definitely a wait, but it was worth it!“

“michael help me the perfect milk shake. i tasted many types and got a milkshake with a combination of ube and french vanilla. french vanilla can be to sweet so mixing in the ube was the perfect combination. ube is sweet potato icecream. try this combo.“

“BEST SHAVE ICE! I get the coconut shave ice with the pineapple coconut ice cream and cream. My go to place for a sweet treat! Warning: they are huge!! Definitely worth the price. I look forward to seeing the guy every time plus he is a golf legend! Amazing experience every time. Highly recommend and encourage everyone to shop local!“

“The wife and I and a couple of our good friends went to see the sunrise at Haleakalā on the way down we stopped at the little bakery and just walked by and found this place went in to check the menu and the food smelled amazing. I got the roasted pork loco and soo good! Definitely recommend this place if you are in the area!“
