“Home of the best Thai food in Hawaii! A combination of all types of good dishes that makes you want to keep eating and get a taste of everything so you now you didn't miss out. Their Pad Thai is pretty fire and probably one of my favorites whenever we go. They also have another location in Haleiwa but if you don't want to make the journey if your coming from town, then the Mililani location is ideal and quick as they do phone orders as well. If you're in love with their food so much, they can also do catering for big parties / events as they helped cater my baby shower. Big thanks and shoutout to the Rajanee Fam!“
“Best red curry I’ve ever had (seafood). Both women at the front were very sweet and welcoming. We just got in from a 10 hr flight and my kids were VERY cranky, so the ladies brought a couple markers and stickers. Great Thai tea and summer rolls. My husband said the heat (regular hot) on the table pad Thai was great.Dietary restrictions: We don’t eat pork and very pleasantly surprised to find that they don’t add pork to their summer rolls. Shrimp only! So happy about this, and they were very good and fresh.“
“I had a wonderful experience with Malai Thai. I had the garlic pepper shrimp. Very generous portions for the pricing. We also got an order of the basil fried rice with chicken which also was fantastic. Got multiple meals for the two of us from these two orders. Some of the best Thai food I’ve had since being in Thailand. Very fresh tasting and they cook it all fresh. They give you a little buzzer so if your group is at a different truck you can sit and wait for your food there. Definitely check them out after a long day on the beach!“
“I decided to try this place after reading the reviews. Boy o boy is it good! I mean, how many places give you TWO sauce cups for your rolls? The crispy shrimp and spring rolls were amazing, you can tell that the frying oil is fresh, not stale. I also ordered the seafood drunken noodle. I love the fact that they give you a good amount of fish, shrimp and squid, not just a lot of one and a little of the rest. Maybe that's why they have such short store hours, they pack all the flavor in a little time.“
“Love this place! All their food is made fresh to order and i highly recommend ordering your food ahead of time via phone. You can even ask them to adjust the spiciness level to your liking but be warned, Thai food is generally very spicy...so you can ask them for some spicy chili pepper on the side to adjust to your liking. We usually order the Basil Chicken and the Yellow Curry there. Basil Chicken is so delicious and i love all the fresh veggies like the onion, bell peppers, and basil leaves. The yellow curry we usually order it with chicken, and they give a very generous amount of curry and rice with each order. Service there is awesome, but because everything is made to order, the food can take some time to be made.“
“If you are a Thai food enthusiast and happen to be on the North Shore, there is a hidden gem waiting for you. For those not familiar with the North Shore, it can be a little difficult to find since it is not directly visible from the road but is right next to Kaya's store in Punalu'u, the 3rd food truck from the road (the opposite side of the Aloha Shrimp Truck. The truck is run by an extremely nice and talented couple. The food was as delicious as any Thai restaurant I have visited. We ordered the Spring Rolls, Pad See Ew and Yellow Curry. All were excellent and in large portions that took us two meals to finish. They were even kind enough to provide me a side of spices since I like it spicier then my wife does. We will absolutely go back next time we are on the North Shore. Highly Recommended!Vegetarian options: Tofu and noodle options.Parking: Parking spots right in front of the food trucks.Kid-friendliness: Our daughter loved the food and the owners are very friendly.“
“This may be the best Thai we've ever had. We got the Ono Appetizer Combo (fish patties, spring rolls, chicken satay), Tom Kha soup, and Pad Ki Maow (drunken noodles). The satay, even before the delicious peanut sauce, was the best I've ever had. Very well-seasoned, and a nice bit of crispiness at the edges without being overcooked. The sauces and additional vegetables (lettuce leaves, cucumber, Thai basil, shredded cabbage) in the appetizer combo added delightful mixtures of texture and flavor. The Tom Kha soup (we got it with tofu) was full of veggies. Green beans, mushrooms, carrots, zucchini. It was a hearty and typically tasty soup. The drunken noodles (we also got them with tofu) were great. They were a bit spicy (as we were warned beforehand) for a typical American palate, but very tasty. The veggies, tofu, eggs, and noodles were all cooked quickly at high heat, which meant there was lots of yummy textures and colors in the dish. Broccoli, green beans, Thai basil, and carrots were perfectly cooked - brightly colorful and yielding, but still snappy. The tofu and noodles were crispy at some of the edges and softer in the center, which led to each mouthful remaining interesting in flavor as well as texture.I found myself saying "mmm" a lot during this meal. I'm so glad we stopped by.Vegetarian options: Tofu is a consistently available option for protein in the meal choices. I can't speak to whether food is prepared with vegetarian or vegan considerations in mind.“
“The food is always good. Our favorites are the fried chicken, lao sausage, and cashew nut chicken. Sometimes, there's only one server, but they are very polite and efficient and not the kind that get grumpy because they're the only one on the floor.“
“This was our first night in Haleiwa at our first time ever staying in an AirB&B. No food yet at our new place, so needed to find somewhere to eat. We thought Thai would be a good ethnic start. We actually were looking for a different place, but found this instead. A lucky find. We both ordered drunken noodles with shrimp. As it is a food truck, we ordered at a window and sat at a picnic table under a string of lights. The food came out fairly quickly and was hot. So right off the grill/griddle. It was quite good and satisfied our craving for Thai food.“

“This was my first time eating Pad Thai and papaya salad, and I really enjoyed it! It's my kind of flavors. I will definitely be coming back as a regular. The service was also really great. He seemed so kind and genuine in serving his food. 10/10!!“
“Landed on the island on a Monday and left this evening's bar crawl in the hands of my cousin - the locals tour. Ended up in Kalihi on some nondescript, industrial looking side street and found myself in what my cousin described as a Laotian themed bar. There's always a first for everything. Very local feel, clean, casual, non pretentious. The acoustic system here kicks major a** for karaoke, although I have no idea what is being sung. It's all fun though. At any rate, very friendly staff, the kitchen closes late and they make a mean fried chicken. Come check it out!“
“My first time trying their food. I always see the their food truck at Waiau park since my daughter has soccer practice at the lower field. I was excited to finally try their food! I love drunken noodles so thought I try their version with pork belly. WOW...it was sooo ono!! I got it mild with some chili pepper flakes on the side. I couldn't really taste the spice so the chili pepper flakes gave the perfect amount of heat I needed. They gave a generous "Aloha Friday" portion. Thank you! Service was great. Food made to order! Will definitely try their other items next time!“
“Staff was friendly and attentive, filled our waters multiple times. Appetizer arrived after our main dishes. Pad Kee Mao (drunken noodles) was exceptional. Their Pad Ped, which literally translates to “stir fry spicy” didn’t have the slightest hint of spice. Not a single chili. Perhaps they ran out of Thai chilis and served us anyways? We might try them again to see if this experience was a one-off, but will probably explore other Thai restaurants first.“
“I found me newest favorite after my S&S relocated ?... but this place made me feel welcomed and service was way above perfect.. you may now see me as a regular very soon...Vegetarian options: You can make almost any dish a vegetarian option.. ?“
“The food is the star here: a group of us tried different things and different spice levels, and we enjoyed them all. A bit slow on the service, and a bit challenging to find parking, but worth trying if you're looking for authentic Thai.“
“Went here as a last minute dinner with a friend. The restaurant has a few tables to eat there as well as take out. I got the green curry which was on par with most Thai places. They didn't skimp on the chicken which I liked. We also got the fried tofu satay which was a first for me. It was ok, but this was coated with a batter(?) and not directly fried where the outside was crispy. My friend got the Gang Pa as something different. It had a lot of vegetables, but I didn't like the taste of the sauce. Never having tried that before, I can't tell if that's how it was supposed to taste. For me it was a good place, but I'll stick with the tried and true.“
“My favorite food is Thai Chicken Fried rice and I've been meaning to try this place for a while. Finally went today for lunch before work and I love it! The portioning vs pricing ratio is great, flavor is fantastic, and there are so many added toppings. This is definitely top 3 on the island for me now, will be coming back! Customer service was great as well, the lady that greeted and served me was very friendly!“
“I absolutely love this place. The owners serve their guest and the food is authentic and tasty. We try and stop in for dinner at least once a month if not more. I will always go out of my way to stay loyal to a family owned restaurant even a franchise spot when the food and family are wonderful. My go to favorites are the #9, #6 and I really enjoy the cold poppya salad, Thai hot baby! The green curry with eggplant and beef is delicious everytime.. Ask the owner his favorite dish and you will be in for a tasty treat.“
“Came here with some friends after a tennis practice. Lots of menu options: friends went with panang curry and I went for my fave green curry (since it has eggplant, my favorite vegetable!) It was very tasty, and I took some home to enjoy a second time! Their favorite thing was this banana rice cake/roll with ice cream. The warm sweet rice was a delicious accompaniment to the coconut ice cream. Service was great and the menu is so extensive I want to come back and try lots more things!“
“The BEST Thai food on Oahu. The atmosphere is excellent as well as the service. The dining area itself is super clean and decorated beautifully. Everything here is Authentic, all the way down to the produce that they use in the kitchen. Our server was incredible and added to the experience even more so. If you're around Waipahu area check this place out. (Order the Thai green tea when you're finished)“
“The BBQ Pork Plate was absolutely terrific! Much obliged to Chef T and the rest of the crew here! It's an awesome place to get some chow, whether if you're really hungry or if it is a snack. The folks here always do a fantastic job preparing and creating the delightful dishes here! Keep the awesome work folks! From Brient :-) !“
“One of the better Thai restaurants around Hawaii with not bad portions. Everything we had was really tasty and I didn’t swell up or have a headache after so it was a plus!??I will definitely return to try other items on the menu I heard is good.“
“Still retains some of hostess bar atmosphere. Tall tables against the walls spells pool hall vibe. Two pool tables. Both busy. Horseshoe shaped bar from it's hostess bar days. Local crowd including women playing pool. Seems like a good place for those are good players to come. Ginger soup with pork awesome. Spring rolls a mistake. Just fair.“
“We have eaten here about six times. Food has always been good. Good selection of food. I like the Bahn Mi sandwich. We have met the owner several times, who checked several times to make sure everything is ok. The mango rice was very good. The atmosphere has always been good and never felt rushed.“
“This is our favorite Thai restaurant for take out so when our family visited from the continent we took them to dine in. During the pandemic challenges, we so appreciated them for staying open and providing us with the option to get food from them so we try to continue to support. Everyone ordered something different with the Tom Ka soup and sweet and sour chicken the favorites.“
“My BFF & I haven't been here since the Pandemic, this is our favorite location since this restaurant has more than one location (Kunia). We ordered our favorite dishes (Evil Jungle, Red Curry with tofu, Spring Rolls, Pad Thai with pork, sticky rice). Our waitress was friendly, even made a recommendation so that we can try it on our next visit. As always place was nice and clean.Parking: We went early, because this area during lunch and dinner hours can be packed.Wheelchair accessibility: One fronting the restaurant“
“My husband and I stopped at Thai Village on a cold, rainy day for chicken pho. The broth was good. The portion was huge and very filling. The price was reasonable ($15.95). Our server was friendly and service was good. We hadn’t been to Thai Village since pre-pandemic times, so we would like to go back to try some of our favorite dishes (better shared with friends so we can try multiple dishes). If you like Thai food, give Thai Village a try.“
“I didn't get a chance to take a photo of the satay chicken, because we ate it so fast. The peanut sauce had a strong flavor and was delicious. Of the three dishes we had, the basil chicken was the best. The basil is infused throughout the dish and had a nice selection of veggies added. The cashew chicken also had a savory sauce. The Thai beef was a bit saucy for my liking, but I think that might be a regional preference. I tend to start my food at a heat level of 2 and asked for more chile to kick it up a bit. Overall the service was great, the food came out piping hot and I would return.“
“Thai Village provided exceptional service, effortlessly accommodating my solo dining experience amidst bustling large parties. I opted for the Pho special with chicken, which included a delightful combination of pho, spring rolls, and a beverage. The overall experience was pleasant, complemented by the delicious flavors of the food.“
