“This is in a nice hidden small food court in H-Mart. The pastries were great, well made and flavorful. The coffee was far superior to Starbucks. This is my new favorite coffee shop. If you're looking for a great cup of joe, this is the place.

Be warned the coffee selection is limited but the flavor is great. I would recommend the Einspanner.”

“We celebrated my mom's birthday for lunch w/5 people. Our male waiter was great. He was 5 stars. However, while we were eating, another old blond waitress came by to put a salt shaker on our table. I was in the act of spoon feeding my disabled spouse... balancing the food on the fork while trying to put it into his mouth. This rude inconsiderate waitress... reached right in-between me an my spouse and pushed her arm in front of my face to block me while I was reaching over with the fork in my spouses' mouth. I could NOT see him and turned my head to look at her arm as she did NOT say sorry or excuse me. Why couldn't she have gone on the other side of my spouse???? Why couldnt she wait???? THIS WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, UNACCEPTABLE, & SELFISH. She could have put the salt shaker on the other side of the table. No one asked for the salt shaker... she just decided to interrupt us. I hope the management does something to stop this stupid inconsiderate behavior from poorly trained servers.”

“Located in the H Mart food court. This is a nice little eatery whether you want some dumplings, kimchi fried rice or a Korean style ramen. I suggest stopping in at lunch time it seems to rarely be crowded. The service was pleasant and helpful. The food was made with care and quality ingredients. The atmosphere, well you're in a grocery store food court, the word ambiance doesn't really apply.

Stop by and have some lunch, there are a few eateries in here and a small bar. So there is something for everyone.”

“Inside of food hall of H-Mart. We tried the honey garlic wings. They were very good compared with similar eateries in California and here. The chicken was not doused with over abundant of sauce and the chicken remained crispy until the end. The service wasn’t bad, but the young man could be a bit more awake. The eating area was clean and had plenty of seats.”

“Food is delicious as always. The disappointment was that I couldn’t use their app to get rewards OR to use rewards… I can understand it if it’s just not a thing at this location, BUT they are advertising the Rewards program on their windows… and yet they “don’t have a scanner” to scan the codes…”

“Japanese style gyudon beef bowls in Pearl City. Located on Kuala Street next door to Starbucks in the strip mall that has Sams Club Gas and Walmart.

These guys used to be in the old Shirokiya back in the day. A bit pricey compared to beef bowls in Japan but were in Hawaii so live a little🤙They also opened another location in Kalihi but this one is easier to get to in terms of parking.

Go to is the Beef Ontama bowl or the Beef Bowl with Takoyaki. Filling and gets my gyudon fix👍They have the shichimi spice and the red ginger (kisami shoga) at the condiment table by the pick up window too.

Military and student discount available along with stamp cards too. 4 stars.”

“Sama Sama is amazing! I love what they are doing with unique Filipino-inspired flavors, collaborating with local artists to design cups, etc. You can tell that they use real ube, calamansi, and other actual ingredients instead of just artificial flavoring. Service is excellent too. There's no other boba/tea place on the island that does what they do! I enjoyed their drinks so much, I even hired them to cater our wedding. We had 4 flavors at a serviced bar, and it was an absolute hit. I plan to visit more often in the future and try out their coffee beverages. They also come out with new flavors every so often.”

“Normally, I don't tip at fast food restaurants 🍔🚫, but this time I did because of the amazing customer service 🌟. The girl with glasses 🤓 did a fantastic job ✅ — she was so genuine, authentic, and kind 💖. She asked simple questions ❓ just to make sure all my needs were met ✅.

This branch was much cleaner 🧼✨ than most of the Subways I’ve visited before. It wasn’t crowded 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️, had plenty of parking 🚗🅿️, and the food was up to the usual Subway standard 🥪.

“I'm surprised by the negative reviews. I've been eating here often since I moved nearby. The portions are big—$10 for a mini chicken BBQ plate is a great deal. Friendly staff and usually fast service. I recommend it!
