Incredible food and good portions at a great price. I had the shrimp stir fry and it was cooked perfectly. Tons of fresh, crisp vegetables with just the right about of flavor. We also got the Seared Ahi plate and a Cheeseburger and they were delicious as well. Best Mac salad that I have had in Kauai this trip. We will definitely be coming back before we leave town!
This little food truck oasis is super randomly located in a little cul de sac located deep inside a condo or townhome complex. Don't think you're lost, keep going. There are a couple other trucks parked here too so you got options.

Decent place to eat. Some benches under canopies to wait as well. We did a lot of chicken watching while we waited. We had the katsu chicken and the loco moco. Both were good and at a very good price.
