“My family and I came here after a different restaurant was closed and I cannot suggest this place enough. The burger was VERY delicious and the fries was some of the best fries I've ever had. We got to speak to Shaun one of owners and I'm glad we did! He told us a little bit about how the burgers are made and the amount of effort and love that goes into the food speaks volumes. 100% must try!“

“Loved our meals! We tried the fish and chips and the gyros from here and my picky kids loved it every bite. Flavors were amazing and has a definite Greek flare to it. Yum! The man serving us at the Costco food truck location was a true gentleman and very sweet. Thanks so much, what a treat!“

“Amazing! We caught them in their soft open and even in the chaos that is a soft open, the experience was fantastic! Katie took care of us, and the food exceeded expectations. The new Mambo is nothing like the old Mambo and it’s a must try with a great menu. The BBLT is to die for! ❤️“

“We heard about this place from The Hawaii Vacation Guide blog. Holy smokes! It did not disappoint!! And the prices are some of the lowest we’ve seen on Maui our entire trip! Good portion sizes, too. I ordered easily online (they have pics of most of the menu items) and our order was ready in 20 minutes. The North Shore Shrimp Plate was so good I never wanted it to end. Kids loved the smash burgers! Wish I had taken more pics but if you need affordable delicious takeout food in Kihei, this is your spot!!! The noodles looked amazing—wish I could stay longer and try them!!!“

“This place is such a treat to come to. They have a fantastic selection from food to drinks such as slushy's or smoothie type drinks with the normal flavors to the delicious other flavors. I got the breaded teriyaki with rice & mac salad & my bf got the chicken katsu with rice & mac salad. Hands down the BEST breaded teriyaki on the island!!! Then I got a large Mango smoothie & he got a large Honeydew smoothie. I will definitely go there again when I get the chance being that we were traveling from the West side Lahaina Town. If you get the chance to check this place out you should definitely try the wide selection of yummy foods & drinks that they offer here you will not be disappointed!!Parking: There were a # of available parking spots in their parking lot structure so don't worry about the parking.“

“Made me a believer: first-time visitor and I found great burgers, very well-prepared, and a huge list of options. The burger was served hot and stayed that way until I finished. No overkill on extras made it a solid specialty burger with nice flavors.Enjoyed the Kilauea Burger so much, I went back two days later for a melt-in-your-mouth, well-smoked pastrami.Yep, I'll be back.Prices can get up there, especially with the specialty menu (e.g. $20-25 pp) but it's a treat worth having.Parking: Large lot shared with others but open spaces near restaurant are the norm.“

“Upcountry Sausage is a food truck next Mahalo Aleworks. The team was very friendly and they take great care in delivering quality food! We purchased the RagingCajun which is an Andoluie Sausage with grilled peppers, onion and bits of pineapple and more. It was delicious, served on fantastic bun. Also, we shared the Chicken Tacos, which are perfect for sharing since you get two to an order. It was grilled chicken breast meat and had, red cabbage slaw, red beans and cirn in the taco. It was really delicious and I highly recommend it.“

“Got the fish tacos, but the guacamole was way too oniony, coleslaw was pretty much flavorless, and the fish had too much seasoning. However, I was glad that I didn’t have to talk to anyone to order, and they had a really cute cat. So, five stars.“

“This little place was a good find. The atmosphere was nice and chill. They had surfing on the TVs in the background. Our bartender was awesome. She had a really great fun attitude and seemed to love what she does. Nice conversation. I’d go here again if I get the chance to visit Maui again.“

“As I’m writing this review, I’m hungry for another burger, not even kidding. We went there in Friday and our burgers and fries were so good, we went back on Saturday for another, even bypassing another burger place on the way.The bun was perfectly toasty and buttery. The fries are not advertised as seasoned fries but they were so delicious, hot and crispy I didn’t even use the ketchup packets.Stew and Trina are both happy to have customers and treat everyone with respect which is evident in their food, of course, but also in their communication.I can’t recall having a better burger elsewhere, not just on Maui but the mainland included.Thank you Trina and Stew for your commitment to a great product and a splendid atmosphere.Parking: Very easy parking.“

“We were looking for a quick bite we settled on this place. And weren’t expecting much. We have been pleasantly surprised at the food and the service! Bianca went out of her way to make sure we were enjoying our food while we ate outside. Jeremy the cook did an excellent job. During our stay in Maui this has been our favorite. So glad we stopped by.“

“Food is excellent. Unique to Hawaii options. Kids loved cinnamon roll French toast and pancakes. Corned beef hash with fried rice was great. Biscuits and gravy also great. Great open air patio for dining. I highly recommend Kihei Cafe for breakfast.“

“Has the mom & pop restaurant type of vibes. I did like the variety on their menu though. Plus the food portions were large & the food wasn’t bad. Exactly what you’d expect from your typical plate lunch. I put a four star just cause it didn’t have that wow factor to make it stand out from the rest.Xoxo,ChelsieFletcher“

“We took our kids to a Luau at the venue and so glad we did, they were mesmerized by the show the whole time. I loved the more intimate setting in comparison with other larger shows, every seat has a great view and you don’t feel crowded or trapped into a tourist activity. Dinner and the show was very well paced. We got to enjoy the sunset over the golf course while listening to the music and sipping on our cocktails prior to the showKid-friendliness: Very welcoming and accommodating to a group with small children“

“Don't know if it's just because I'm on vacation or because I had a few drinks in me but this was the best Wendy visit I've had in a long time. ALL the food was hot (something that I feel we don't get in Texas that often) and delicious! The staff was friendly and the place was pretty clean. One thing to note if you're from mainland U.S. but the prices here are super crazy inflated for a combo meal! I had sticker shock as soon as I saw the menu but oh well I had already promised my kids and everything is expensive on the island.“

“While working in Ka'anapali, I heard of a good Mexican place to eat. Just so happened my apprentice owed me dinner so I suggested we try Amigos.Dinner was great. He ordered a shrimp chimichanga for $13 which was the Wednesday night special and packed with shrimp every bite.I had a $18 carne asada burrito wet with red and green sauce also packed, meaty and well worth it.I was disappointed in the Mexican shrimp cocktail which lacked flavor, was very watery. We also both enjoyed a michelada which were good.Unfortunately I can never return, Service was amazing but unfortunately my apprentice is a cheapskate and only tipped $5 on $110 for which I can never show my face there again out of shame as I have a very memorable Hollywood quality to my appearance.Despite this I would definitely recommend Amigos.“

“Great burgers and service. Only ding is the small group of food trucks are arrayed on a gravel area off a strip mall parking lot, and of course, lack of bathroom facilities, which seems to be a common theme these days <facepalm>“
