“The post workout protein plate is a heck of a deal at 15$ you get half a dozen perfectly cooked shrimp, several pieces of a moist and tender chicken, and another half dozen meatballs. If that’s doesn’t fill you up it’s resting on a king size bed of spaghetti. We also tried the caprese sandwich which was amazing. The Mac and cheese was great. To finish the meal off we had a delicious keylime pie and several cookies to take home.
I will be making this my only stop for Italian food“

“We ordered the honey goat pizza which was unlike any other pizza I’ve ever had and was delicious. They put the perfect amount of each ingredient and it tasted like it was made with love. You can’t get homemade tasting pizza like this at a Domino’s or Pizza Hut.

The service was also amazing! There were only 2 people working there but they both had a smile on their face the whole time and answered every question so well.

Finally the atmosphere was awesome, they have these nice wood tables with umbrellas, yellow lights, and a perfect playlist which makes the whole vibe!

“Tried this place on a whim after seeing it often when I crave Italian food on Uber Eats and lemme tell you this place didn't disappoint. While I was a tad dismayed at the prices on first glance I saw a ton of food in every dish so figured yolo and order something unique. I got the fried ravioli and the cheese sticks as I haven't had either one in years and figured it was a good benchmark. When the food came I was pleasantly surprised the pictures from a few months ago matched the amount in the boxes and was super stuffed in both cases. I was super intrigued by the sauce as I have never seen an orange ish sauce be so thin before. Originally I thought this was Italian dressing with vinegar but now I can't say for certain but this really elevated what could've been a plainer thing had it been marinara instead. Flavor was super clean yet seasoned well in both cases with both offerings offering the amount of airy crisp I love and hardly see in places like this. I really want to try the rest of their offerings if this is the benchmark for what this place is gonna be. Also, if you order on DoorDash or Uber eats, it's free delivery so you can't really complain. Definitely gonna add this place to the rotation. I'm gonna try to visit this place in person very soon. “First timr trying Catania Ristorante Italiano at Waimalu Shopping Center. Reservations are recommended, especially on weekends. Parking is also a challenge during the busy times. Chinese owners serving Italian food. The food is good, but not memorable good. Pasta is cooked well and their garlic cheese bread is very good. Spaghetti sauce too runny, but the Seafood Linguine is delicious. Prices are affordable, considering the portion size is generous and they don't skimp on the protein. Another plus, it's BYOB, so you can save some e $$$ on your bill.

“This has to be one of the best Italian restaurants that have ever eaten in.
There is plenty of hot bread and butter but EVOO to dip the bread in.
The food and gravy taste homemade.
They offer full or small plates on most dishes.
Being raised in an Italian household with a mom who was a tremendous cook, this place is a close second.
Highly recommend this out of the way place.
Reservations aren't required, but on the weekends, highly recommended.“

“I've been a Paesano guy for years, long before they opened up this location.

This is my favorite Italian restaurant on the island. The service is always top notch and the food tastes so good.

I usually get the chicken alla oreganata which is my favorite. So much garlic, I love it. The carbonara is also excellent as is the chicken or veal parmigiana. Even just the house bread is so delicious.

I'll usually ask what the fish of the day is. The monchong is another winner if they have it. They sometimes come up with a seafood special involving clams, shrimp, and/or mussels which is an all time favorite.

I must admit, I really miss the Manoa location for sentimental reasons, but I'm so happy that I have this one to visit for a nice dinner.“

“My husband and I Read about this place through the support 808 page and saw they offered porkroll and scrapple. For a born and raised South Jersey girl, finding those on this island is heaven! We ordered a couple of Hoagies for lunch and porkroll and scrapple and pickles too! Definitely a place we will be often! Reminds me of a good stop to take hoagies to go when going down the shore! Thank you for the bottom on my heart for sharing a taste of home! The Hoagies were exactly right for East Coast sub shop! I almost went back to get pizza for dinner too!“

“Pizza was great, Awesome deals, Great and wide variety of options to choose from. So much great things and places located in pearlridge mall but Sbarro would be my favorite one. Especially their customer service person working the counter . Shout out to Jash who made our visit their most memorable and plan to come back often“
