Food not bad. Mochiko chicken and sweet sour pork tasty and not hard and dried out. Think they should change oil tho’. Roast duck sucked. No flavor. Hamburger was pretty good. Cashier really nice and accommodating with combo of my choice and subbing noodles for rice. Would have taken more thought into updating place.
I'm so confused as to what the actual name of this place is. The sign on the facade says "General Chinese BBQ" or something along those lines, but the menu states "King's BBQ & Chinese Restaurant No. 5". I tried inquiring with a staff member but that proved nearly impossible.ATMOSPHERE:Located in the dismal Wailuku Towne Center, the dirty windows match their surroundings perfectly. Good value for money, we liked our salmon and chicken plates. However I ordered a plate that should have come with rice and pasta salad but ended up having on chicken. Hopefully we had the salmon plate from which we could share the rice.Also the service was not really pleasant, the guy didn’t even reply when I told him Merry Christmas.
